celebrating JR's Birthday!

Last night was one of the greatest adventures I had with two of the most important persons in my life. We celebrated the birthday of Jr and thought of doing something different on his day. We normally just eat out and spend the day singing at a karaoke house or see a movie. This time, we go south.

Our plan is to actually celebrate the night at San Antonio Grill at Bustillos. KC told us that the place has this stage where you can sing with a pianist on the side playing your song. However, things didn't go as planned but it lead us to a more exciting night. We thought of eating some place else other than the usual McDonalds or Jollibee. We thought of going somewhere we don't usually hang out and we thought of SM Mall of Asia.

As soon as we arrive at the mall, we immediately scout for a place to eat since it is already dinner and we are all starving. However, it took us, I guess almost an hour to find a restaurant and we chose ABBONDANZA. Pasta and Pizza are their specialty. This is actually not my first time to eat in this restaurant however, my first is at ABBONDANZA in Ortigas. After the dinner, we went straight to the back of the mall where most of the bar are situated. We stayed at Padis Point where some bands are playing good music (it just makes me wonder if all the female vocalist should wear short shorts).

I thought that all will end there, seeing JR a bit exhausted and sleepy, but I was wrong. KC suggested and we all agreed to spend the whole night at Starlite Bar in Cubao. The experience I had in this bar is really remarkable and I can say that it made our night. The bar is full of men of different orientation (Straight, Bisexual and Gay). This is something that's new to me. I've never been into a bar full of people having same interest and preference. Some are just there hanging out alone. I've seen guys that are cuddling and maybe snogging. Oh well, I really don't mind seeing them doing stuff like that. The bar has a stage where you can sing. Its like singing in a usual karaoke but your singing on stage where people are watching you. We never let our chance to pass and so picked up the song book, selected our song and sang our hearts out.

Just when I thought it's all over, the three of us decided to play dota at morayta. But before that we had our breakfast first at McDonald's. After spending 5 hours of playing the game, we have decided that we should end the day.

I never thought that this day will be adventurous and exciting. I really had fun spending the day with these two. I know this will be the start and I will make sure that the next night outs will be more exciting.
