Strict Diet!

After numerous attempts of achieving a good shape, here I go again starving myself to death. Haha.. Well not really starving, but I am now starting to eat right. I have set the bar so high I don’t think I can follow it. I am giving myself a chance to defy what I think I can’t do.

After searching for information about healthy diet and heathy ways of slimming, I come up to some ideas that will help me trim down some weight. I took the liberty of shopping some groceries at Landmark, Trinoma. Some of my shops were brown rice, wheat bread, chicken breast, beef strips and veggies like lettuce, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes. Oh and I got some fruits also to replace chips. Along with this healthy diet are simple routines that could speed up my metabolism. The barbells that I purchased are very useful now. Good thing I learned some routines back when I was with Fitness First.

I am just wondering if I could sustain this idea. For me, this is not just a challenge of getting fit and sexy but more importantly a challenge of how I discipline myself. Oh God help me!
